LED-Station - Turnkey System for LED Testing

The MAS 40 Mini-Array Spectrometer forms the core of the LED Station. The MAS 40 is mounted on a stable base plate and the ILEDB luminous intensity adapter or the ISP75 integrating sphere is attached directly to the MAS 40 input port. The Mini-Goniophotometer has its own base plate and the MAS 40 is mounted on this plate when measuring the spatial radiation pattern.

The DTS 320 Display Test System permits the flexible and precise measurement of any type of display. This system comprises an enhanced SPECTRO 320 spectroradiometer and the TOP 100 Telescope Optical Probe connected by a fiber-optic cable.

UV320 - UV-B Monitoring

The UV-B monitoring system from INSTRUMENT SYSTEMS uses the double monochromator version of the SPECTRO 320 D.

With both gratings and the high precision digital angle encoder all on the same turret, the SPECTRO 320 D is capable of an unrivalled combination of speed, sensitivity, and dynamic range. For example, at a data point interval of 0.2 nm and a bandpass of 1 nm the scan can be accomplished at the rate of 50 msec/nm! This helps to minimize the chance that the measurement is compromised by dynamic ambient conditions such as cloud cover when measuring solar-irradiance. With the high-resolution option, the absolute wavelength accuracy is +/- 0.03 nm. The dynamic range available in a single scan is 7 decades and sensitivity is 10-6 W/mē nm.
