Instrument Systems is committed to a wide range of technical organizations and conferences. Our aim is to remain at the cutting edge of technological developments by exchanging information on technical and engineering issues with acknowledged experts in the field. Another focus is providing support for work in the technical committees by making our own contributions.

Our cooperation with the CIE (International Committee on Illumination) and its technical working groups is a key commitment in this area. This work has enabled Instrument Systems to make an important contribution to formulation of the CIE 127 Document which defines fundamental recommendations and guidelines for measuring LEDs.

Instrument Systems also maintains close contact with leading national laboratories, e.g. PTB (Germany), NIST (USA), KRISS (Korea), ITRI (Taiwan), NIM (China), etc. At the same time, these national laboratories are our customers and use our instruments to carry out important functions in their calibration work.
