The majority of our products is tested by our laboratories, that are accredited with the registration number D-PL-19052-01-00 as test laboratories in compliance with DIN EN ISO / IEC 17025 by the German National Accreditation Body – DAkkS (Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle). This standard describes the requirements for test laboratories. It is recognized internationally and used by accreditation bodies, authorities and laboratories. The standard defines the requirements for management, as well as for the test and calibration laboratories.
The specifications focus on technical details, such as selecting the test procedure, validation, metrological traceability and evaluations of measurement uncertainty.
As a leading manufacturer for light measurement instrumentation, our top priority is to enable you to have maximum trust in our instruments. The accreditation of our test laboratories gives you, our customer, enhanced certainty and guaranteed comparability of measurement results. In this way you can verify to third parties the accuracy of the measurements obtained with the instruments we have tested.
The reference standards we use are traceable to the standards of the national laboratories PTB (Germany) and NIST (USA). Detailed test certificates are supplied with our measuring instruments providing precise terms of reference for traceability.
The Instrument Systems testing laboratories are permitted to apply the listed testing methods with various output versions ("List of standards within the scope of the flexible accreditation (category III)") without prior notice and consent of DAkkS.
