Instrument Systems will be present at Display Week 2024 with booth, talk and metrology short course

This year’s Display Week is scheduled to take place May 12 to May 17 at the San José Convention Center (USA). Instrument Systems will contribute to the SID/ICDM 2024 Display Metrology Short Course and deliver a talk during the symposium.

Moreover, at the German Pavilion, we will showcase our measurement solutions for highest color accuracy of displays, featuring various kinds of test applications such as: FPD, AR/VR devices, µLED/µOLED wafers, curved and automotive displays.
