内部通報制度

At Instrument Systems, an external ombudsperson is available as a point of contact for whistleblowers. This ombudsperson fulfills the requirements for internal reporting channels in accordance with the German Whistleblower Protection Act. Instrument Systems assures that every report made in good faith will be treated confidentially and with respect.

The whistleblower system also serves as a complaints mechanism under the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act. It enables reports regarding human rights and environmental risks, as well as violations of human rights or environmental obligations arising from the business activities of Instrument Systems itself or through direct or indirect suppliers.

Every report is duly registered and documented. Investigations are conducted in accordance with the principles of fair procedure and objectivity, ensuring impartial decision-making. The presumption of innocence applies to all persons concerned until a violation has been proven.

Instrument Systems responds decisively to confirmed misconduct. Where appropriate, the company will involve the competent authorities.

We will contact whistleblowers as quickly as possible. An acknowledgment of receipt is provided within seven days, and feedback on the outcome or current status of the process is given within three months.

Instrument Systems does not tolerate any retaliation against whistleblowers for making a report and protects everyone who raises concerns in good faith – even if the concern ultimately proves to be unfounded.
