AMT 500 AMT500 Angular measurement tester optimized for mass production environments

AMT-500 is designed to measure viewing angle characteristics, like luminance, color coordinates and spectrum, of an OLED- or MicroLED-display under angles of 0, 15, 30, 45 and 60 degrees. A high-end array spectrometer from the CAS series by Instrument Systems is used as a detector and ensures a very high degree of precision and accuracy. Consecutive measurements under the 5 angles are performed using an innovative magnet shutter design that ensures a high-speed channel switching. 

An integrated view finder camera makes aligning and adjusting the measurement spot very fast and user friendly. A software and SDK is available and features automatic measurement routines and a recipe creator. AMT-500 provides high-speed angular measurements and is therefore ideal for display mass production applications.
