可視光領域でも、UVやIRでのアプリケーションでも、LEDは光源として必要とされています。この狭帯域半導体光源の開発や品質保証においては厳密な分光放射測定が必要です。これには複雑な測定技術の助けがあって初めて可能になります。

Instrument Systemsは、LEDGONシステムにより、LED素子または小型LEDモジュールのすべての関連する測光パラメータを自動で評価するための、使いがっての良い測定システムを開発しました。可視光領域に加えて、UVの200nmからIRの2150nmまで使用できます。

このシステムは、暗箱型のLEDGON 100ゴニオメーターとCASシリーズの分光器、およびオプションの電源コントロールで構成されています。遮光性の高い筐体にコンパクトにまとめられているため、暗室がなくても運用できます。

サンプルホルダー（オプション）	Mounting of the test sample on the goniometer head by means of a simple clamping chuck or a module holder on an adjusting table.
LEDテストソケット（オプション）	LED test sockets for the electric supply and reproducible positioning of single LEDs.
